Open a support ticket

Join our Discord and use the support ticket area to open a ticket. Choose the option that best fits your question, server issue, report or appeal.

Keep staff matters in a ticket rather than sending private messages. The team will reply there when they are available.

What to include

Your Minecraft username and the world or server you play on.

What happened, what you expected and when the issue started.

Any error message, screenshot or steps that help us understand the problem.

Share personal information only when staff need it, inside your ticket.

Trouble joining?

Find your server on the Servers page and download its modpack. Check the joining instructions and pack version, then add play.drakora.org to your multiplayer list.

If you still cannot connect, include the exact error message in your Discord ticket.
