Appeals rules
A1. Right to appeal. Everyone has the right to appeal a punishment, including a permanent network ban. Use https://drakora.org/appeal and the official account verification options. If you cannot access your case or are missing your code, contact official support; access problems do not remove your right to appeal.
A2. Keep your appeal code private. Your appeal code is a private access credential. Never share it in chat, screenshots, streams or with other players. Enter it only on the official Drakora appeal page. If it is exposed, contact staff privately so it can be replaced; do not use someone else's code.
A3. Present your case honestly. Explain what happened, why you dispute the punishment or what has changed. Give relevant original evidence and respond to questions truthfully. You may challenge the evidence without admitting wrongdoing. Do not fabricate, alter or conceal evidence, impersonate anyone, threaten staff or coordinate votes. Use one appeal per punishment; do not spam duplicate cases.
A4. Authorized review and decision. Authorized staff consider the case, both sides and the available evidence, then vote on whether the punishment is upheld, increased, reduced or revoked. An authorized reviewer records the decision and reason and applies any change. The original staff member explains their decision but does not alone decide their own appeal.
A5. While your appeal is pending. The punishment stays in force during review. Do not evade it, pressure staff publicly or retaliate against anyone involved. A good-faith appeal is never itself a reason for a harsher punishment. Any increase must follow evidence of misconduct and an authorized review decision. There is no guaranteed response time; official support can help with access problems.
A6. Both sides can be heard. The staff member who issued the punishment participates in the appeal to explain the case and evidence. You can present your account, submit relevant evidence and respond to that explanation. Reviewers may request clarification from either side. Keep the discussion in the official private appeal process.
A7. What each outcome means. Upheld means the evidence supports the punishment and its severity. Increased means the original sanction was too lenient for the proven conduct. Reduced means it was too severe. Revoked means there is insufficient reliable evidence or the punishment was not justified. Staff explain the outcome; appealing does not guarantee removal.
A8. Fair and independent consideration. Reviewers consider the evidence, context, seriousness, impact and relevant history. Personal disputes, donations, popularity and staff friendships do not decide an appeal. If the original staff member is unavailable, authorized reviewers may use the retained case record and seek clarification so the appeal is not indefinitely blocked.
A9. Evidence and privacy. Only share appeal codes and evidence through official private channels. Staff may protect reporter identities, unrelated personal information and security-sensitive details while explaining the case sufficiently for review. Do not repost private case material, contact reporters to pressure them or retaliate. Report a concern about the review through official support.
